Chile confirms LTE auction

Chile's telecoms regulator Subtel confirmed it will launch an auction for wireless spectrum licenses in the 2600MHz band intended for 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) services in December, TeleGeography CommsUpdate reported.

The auction is expected to last until June, according to BNamericas.
