Glo Mobile’s license threatened

The National Communications Authority (NCA) in Ghana threatened to revoke Glo Mobile’s cellular operating concession if it fails to launch commercial services this month, Joy Online reported.

Glo Mobile was awarded its wireless license in Ghana in 2008 but canceled several planned launches over the past few years.

NCA has given the cellco until the end of April.
