Lycamobile launches new service

Mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Lycamobile successfully launched a pay-as-you-go wireless service in Germany, lifting the company’s coverage to 14 countries covering 80 percent of Europe’s population.

Subscribers in Germany will receive free unlimited calls to other Lycamobile numbers in the country and free calls for 30 minutes to Lycamobile customers in Europe and Australia – subject to a connection charge of EUR0.15 with the Lycamobile World service.

Lycamobile offers free voicemail, free multilingual customer service, 300MB free data per month and a free conference calling facility.
